QB Online - Permanently Use Classic View

I want to permanently use classic view in QB Online. It is defaulting to the new view, which I do not prefer.

Where are the settings to fix this?

QB Online - Permanently Use Classic View

Good day, @troy1 and @BIID.

I'm here to help and give updates on the recent changes on the modern view display when running reports and the new invoice layout.

I understand that the Classic View display affords you a better experience when running reports than the modern view display, @troy1. Currently, the option for making it the permanent default when running enhanced customized reports is unavailable. I suggest manually selecting Switch to classic view when you run the enhanced custom reports.

Let me add as well about the new invoice layout, @BIID. The option for switching back to the old invoice layout is now unavailable for QBO Simple Start and Essential subscribers. To address this better, I'd like to ask what specific settings in the new invoice layout you'd like to enable.

Furthermore, I recommend submitting your inputs regarding the efficiency of the classic view and the old invoice layout to our product engineers within your QBO account. It is important that the software accommodates the business needs of its users.

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.

You're always welcome in the Community should you have further updates about navigating the modern view reports and the new invoice layout in QBO. Take care.
