Join nowbeen online with customer service trying to fix the problem of Server Connection Error. Something went wrong. Try again to send an e-invoice. Alternatively, you can choose to send a regular invoice without the "Pay Now" Link.

@joshwharton Thanks for joining community.
Based off the information you posted, there are a couple of things that can be done to troubleshoot the problem.
Let's start with checking how QuickBooks sends forms.
Here's how:
After setting up your email, create a new (test) invoice with the option to pay online and send it to yourself. If you see the Pay Now link, you're good to go. If you continue to have problems sending the invoice, you may need to configure IE settings for QuickBooks.
Here's an article with steps to Configure IE: Configure Internet Explorer

Not sure what to do.
Thanks.
I can also send invoice without the pay now option but not the e-invoice.

If you've attempted these steps and you are being blocked from signing into your email account, you will need to contact support. An agent can look into your QuickBooks to diagnose the problem.
I would also advise to configure IE settings to see if that works before calling support.
