QBO Advance Custom Reports

Has anyone else not received access to the new custom reports builder? I am on a QBO Advanced subscription and have been waiting for access to this feature for months but still nothing. My subscription is through TechSoup so I am wondering if that has something to do with it.

QBO Advance Custom Reports

Hello there, @chanscar

 

You can create a custom report in QuickBooks Online Advances to access and prepare your financial data to suit the needs of your business.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin, then go to Reports
  2. Select Create a new report, then enter the name of your report. 
  3. Select a date range from the dropdown, then select Customize.
  4. Select Columns, look for a topic you want to report and select it to reveal the available fields. 
  5. Select any fields you want to view on the report.

Unfortunately, I don't even have the option to create a new report yet :(

 

I figured it would have rolled out to everyone by now which is why I posted the question.

I’ll make sure you’ll be able to create a custom report in QuickBooks, @chanscar.


I recognize your need for the custom report option in QuickBooks Online. I also appreciate your patience in waiting for this feature to be accessible on your end.


If you have previous custom reports, you can edit them. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact our support. Our representatives can assist you further and help you add to the list of affected users. Once added, you’ll receive notification updates.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In the Assistant window, select/type in "Talk to a human."
  4. You can enter “Report issue” in the field.
  5. Click I still need a human, then press Get help from a human.
  6. Choose how you’d like to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
