It may be that the browser store frequently accessed data is preventing you from seeing the actual balances. To sort it out, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to check data issues in your browser.
You can try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. Press these shortcut keys on your keyboard to open a private browser:
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different one.

Thank you. The numbers are the same in the private browser as well as a different browser entirely. Most all income is posted to QBO from Square through CommerceSync. Is it possible that is why it is not being recognized?
Can the cashflow forecast pull from the established budget?

I'll provide some more insights about the QuickBooks Cash Flow Forecast.
Please note that the chart doesn't include credit card transactions and entries with multi-currencies associated with them. It could be that the transactions coming from Square are credit card income or linked to multi-currencies.
If not, I suggest contacting our Customer Support team. They'll be able to look into it more and provide you with the best solution.

Thank you. They don't include multiple curries. But Square transactions are originally credit card. I had seen that in the post but didn't think about the credit card status following it through the transfer process. And it seems like that would relate to credit card purchases our company has made and not credit card payments coming into us.
