QBO creating multiple reports

Hi there, DeviyaC.

I'm here to help fix the issue you're having when saving a custom report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Are you editing a custom report that was already saved? If so, make sure to take note of the report name. If the system adds a number, delete the number before saving the edited or customized report. This way, you can avoid having multiple or duplicate reports.

In this case, you can delete the duplicate reports that were created accidentally. Please refer to these steps on how to do it:

  1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu at the left pane.
  2. Proceed to the Custom reports tab.
  3. Locate the duplicate reports.
  4. Click the dropdown beside Edit under the Action column.
  5. Select Delete.
  6. Hit Yes to confirm.

To know more about saving and customizing reports in QBO, please visit this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Learn how to get more info out of your custom reports. Refer to this article for future reference: Common custom reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have additional questions about this or anything else. I'm more than willing to assist. Take care.
