Hi there, DeviyaC.
I'm here to help fix the issue you're having when saving a custom report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Are you editing a custom report that was already saved? If so, make sure to take note of the report name. If the system adds a number, delete the number before saving the edited or customized report. This way, you can avoid having multiple or duplicate reports.
In this case, you can delete the duplicate reports that were created accidentally. Please refer to these steps on how to do it:
- In QBO, go to the Reports menu at the left pane.
- Proceed to the Custom reports tab.
- Locate the duplicate reports.
- Click the dropdown beside Edit under the Action column.
- Select Delete.
- Hit Yes to confirm.
