Beforehand, may I ask if you're referring to the columns when generating an expense transaction? If so, this is not an option in QBO. We can move items by row but not by columns.
However, if you mean rearranging your columns from your Expense report, this is available to the Modern View experience. If you're currently on the Classic view, I recommend switching to the new one by selecting the Try Modern View button.
