I'd be glad to help you out! To view the report as a PDF, make sure the file size won't exceed 25 Mb. You can split the report if necessary.
Also, please turn on the Attach Invoice as PDF option in your settings so your clients can see the attached PDF file in their invoices.
Here's how to do it:
- Select the Gear Icon.
- Under Your Company, select Account and Settings (or Company Settings) and then select Sales.
- In the Online delivery section, select or uncheck PDF Attached.
- Click Save then Done at the bottom.
- Send your forms.
In addition, you can attach an Excel file in your report by:
- Go to the Business overview section and select Reports.
- Select Custom Reports.
- Find the report you'd like to schedule for email and in the Action column, select Edit ✎.
- Select Set email schedule to turn it on.
- Set the email recurrence based on your needs.
- Enter the email information for sending the report.
- If you want to send the report as an Excel file, select the Attach the report as an Excel file checkbox. Otherwise, the report is sent in HTML format.
- Select Save.
