quick book reports to excell

Hi,

I am making a report in QB and exporting to excel. In QB it shows the GL numbers but when I send to excel it does not. Some have zero balance that are not showing but I have ones with zero balance that show. I need them to show even if they have a zero balance for that month. Please help.

Thank you!

Hello LWalsh3,

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! Could you share which report you are trying to export to Excel? In the meantime, let's go ahead and do a rebuild and verify. When transactions and so forth are missing this is what we recommend. Please use this article to do so.

I will be awaiting your response to assist further! Simply hit that reply option below! See you soon!

Hi,

I made a budget reports and if that month they didn't have $ it does not show and I need it to.

I did what you suggest and it didn't work. If there is anything else I need to do to have the GL code come on report even if no $ for that month please let me know.

Good morning, @LWalsh3

Thanks for reaching back out on this thread. Let me share some insight about your budget report.

I can see how beneficial this would be for your business. The details you're requesting to have on the budget report in your QuickBooks Desktop, isn't available at this time.

However, I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this in the near future.

Check out our Blog site to keep up with what's new in the system.

I hope this answers your question. Feel free to come back if you have any other concerns about your QuickBooks Desktop account. Wishing you and your business continued success!
