Hi,
I am making a report in QB and exporting to excel. In QB it shows the GL numbers but when I send to excel it does not. Some have zero balance that are not showing but I have ones with zero balance that show. I need them to show even if they have a zero balance for that month. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! Could you share which report you are trying to export to Excel? In the meantime, let's go ahead and do a rebuild and verify. When transactions and so forth are missing this is what we recommend. Please use this article to do so.

I made a budget reports and if that month they didn't have $ it does not show and I need it to.
I did what you suggest and it didn't work. If there is anything else I need to do to have the GL code come on report even if no $ for that month please let me know.

I can see how beneficial this would be for your business. The details you're requesting to have on the budget report in your QuickBooks Desktop, isn't available at this time.
However, I'll send feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this in the near future.
