Hi there, rabinobusiness.

Welcome to the Community. To keep one of your companies, let’s cancel the one that you’re not going to use.

The process is simple and easy. You can either perform the process using a browser or a mobile device.

To delete the account on a browser:

  1. In your QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to the Gear icon and choose Billing Info.

  2. Tap Cancel now and then type your feedback when prompted.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription.

The steps may differ if you’re using an Android or iOS. Check out the Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription article for detailed steps.

I’m adding link which contains multiple articles and resources to help a user become acclimated to the product: Get started.
