I work with QB online and Intuit payroll online.
With my old computer that has Microsoft 2013 desktop version I was able to export reports to excel
With my new HP Chromebook with QB online and Intuit payroll online and the newest version of Microsoft apps it gives me an error and won't export to excel.
The error says:
Whoops it looks like we can't open this type of document even though the file looks like an office document and has an office file extension its actually a different file type that was renamed or changed in some way or its a file type that we don't support.
in hyperlink below it says: download the file
When I click the "download the file nothing happens.
Hope someone can help - I have called the Intuit help and they are unable to
