Hi there, Sue.

When your payment is in review status in QuickBooks, it means that the payment is on hold. Payments are under review because there are specific details associated with the payment that need further checking.

Since you haven't seen any emails from QuickBooks, you can access your junk folders to ensure they're not being filtered as spam.

You can refer to this article to learn what to do when you're not getting emails from us: Handle emails from QBO Payments.

If you haven't found it there, I'd recommend reaching out to our  Merchants Services Support Team. They can pull up your account. They have the necessary tools to review this case and allow them to perform real-time assistance.

Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, click the Help icon and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern and click Let's Talk.
  3. Select Start a chat or Get a callback with a support expert.

Our supports are available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

In addition, you can refer to this article to learn how to manage and avoid payment holds: Managing and Avoiding Payment Holds.

I'm just around in the Community if you need further help managing your payments. Feel free to post again here. Take care.
