Thanks for becoming part of the Community, grobed.
I can certainly understand how an option to include a project's description in your Itemized Total Time report could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.
Here's how:
- In the left navigation bar, go to My Team or Customers.
- Click your Suggest Idea button.

- Enter the suggestion(s) in your Idea field.
- Select Send Idea.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can find recent news about QuickBooks Time by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates page.
As a workaround, you can export a copy of the report's timesheets as a CSV spreadsheet, then customize it further in a CSV file editor.
