Hello, @irfan123.

You can either create a Group Item. This way, you can enter a group of individual items that you often purchase or sell together. I can guide you on how to do it.

Let's first make sure to add all the necessary list of components of the Group Item. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Lists menu.
  2. Select Item List.
  3. From the bottom part of the Item List window, click the Item drop-down.
  4. Choose New.
  5. Pick the Item type.
    • You can add different item types in the Group Item - all the ones available to an inventory assembly item plus subtotal, discount and sales tax items.
  6. Enter the item details.
  7. Click the Ok button.

You can repeat the same process to make sure that all the free items are added to your inventory list. Once completed, you can now create a Group Item. Here's how:

  1. Click the Lists menu.
  2. Choose Item List.
  3. From the bottom part of the Item List window, click the Item drop-down.
  4. Pick New.
  5. Choose Group from the Item type drop-down.
  6. Enter the name of the Group.
  7. Add the group components.
  8. Click the Ok button. 1045.JPG

Just a heads-up, the group item doesn’t have a quantity of its own, so there is no effect on the group item itself. However, when you sell a group item the sale decreases your quantity on hand of the component items at that time. You can read through these articles for more detailed insights:

Let me know if you have other questions about managing your inventory items. I'm always here to help.

hi @irfan123

from your name, I can tell you are from Indonesia, amirite? :D

for your case you can simply add the item (if the item is purchased by your company, you can treat it as usual sales) then you can put discount in the end of the invoice to reduce the price for free item.

this may affect your FS that your sales will be high, so is the discount.

hope this helps
