Account Balance summary vs detail

The A/P and A/R balance showing in the Account Balances Summary window is correct, but when I click on the detail, it shows transactions from 2010-2013. Now, there are no transaction showing on the Aging reports b/c per the detail, there are no current transactions. I have verified there are no new updates to install. Any suggestions?

The best route would be trying to verify and rebuild your data. This tool can help any common errors or glitches that may be occurring in the system. Here's how to use it: 

 

Verify Data

 

  1. Click Window then Close All
  2. Go to the File menu. 
  3. Hover over Utilities
  4. Select Verify Data

 

Rebuild Data

 

  1. Go through steps 2-3 from above. 
  2. Pick Rebuild Data
  3. Hit OK when prompted to backup your company file.
  4. When "Rebuild has completed," tap OK

 

Afterwards, run the report again to see if this works for you.
