If the filtered dates apply to your reports after this, then the issue is likely caused by your browser. You'll want to clear your regular browser cache. If the issue persists, you may need to use another supported browser.
You can also try editing your report by switching to the classic view for an easier way of filtering them.

Private mode does not change the results. I then put the report in classic mode and changed the filter to last year. When I ran the report, it then said This report does not contain any data..
