At this time, adding your sample image in the Reports Center is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. We can only add logo on sales forms but not to the reports as well.
I've seen similar requests from other customers. I'll be sure to take note of your feedback and pass it on to our product developers. They might add this option to their future product enhancements.
