I want to make sure your concern with connecting bank is addressed, harjin11-yahoo-c.

Since you can’t find your bank, try searching the URL you used to sign in to your bank. Then, follow the steps below to connect you bank with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE):

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Bank accounts.

  3. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.

  4. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  5. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.

You can check this article to see steps on how to connect your ban or credit card accounts: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If the same thing happens, your bank may not be supported in QuickBooks Self-Employed. As a workaround, you can import your transactions manually.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the left panel.
  2. Choose Imports.
  3. Select Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
  4. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  5. Select Import.

I'm adding this article for more information about how QBSE tracks your business income and tax obligations: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

You can always get back to me for more questions connecting banks in QBSE, Take care and have a wonderful day ahead!
