Anyone else having issues with editing client's invoices in quickbooks?

When I go in to edit client's invoice I get the following message "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested"

I expect you'll be told soon to clear your cache or use a private browser.

 

You know, because heaven forbid Intuit design something that works on par with literally every single other internet offering in existence.

 

I can't think of a single other thing that requires you to wipe your cache on the daily just to maintain basic functionality.

There's currently an ongoing investigation regarding editing the client's invoices. I recommend contacting our support team to get you added to the list users so you'll receive updates on this issue. Rest assured that our product engineers are doing their best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

 

To contact our support team, here's how:

 

  1. On the upper right corner of your QBO page, click the Help icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Select a way to connect us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
