I can see that you're referring t online banking where the account balances are not downloading to your book. Can you share with me the name of your financial institution that you're trying to update? This helps me check if there's a reported issue related to your concern.
I tried checking our records here and found out an issue about the Greenfield Saving Bank Balances are not updating. Our banking engineers are already aware of this and doing their best to get the issue resolved.
If this is your bank's name, I'd suggest contacting our specialist to add you as one of the affected users. To contact them, click the Help menu to see the Contact us button and continue following the on-screen instructions.
