Why don't you switching to a 3rd party payment processor to integrate with QB?
Hello there, atozlandscaping.
I know how complicated it is, and I want to make sure that we have the right solution for you regarding your concern.
I'd suggest contacting our Merchants Services Support Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to request account information to pull up your company and share sensitive information. They'll be able to further assist with determining the details of the transaction and why it is the money, was taken out of your account.

Have you gotten any headway here? I'm planning to go through the hoops of charging intuit with theft and or sue them. I had a payment account open, they allowed me to take payments and then closed the account. It's been over 2 months and no one can give me a timeline. Intuit is holding the money and will not release it back to the customer or to me. Currently I am out the inventory bought and also the money that has been withheld from me.
I would like to go after intuit for all of the potential money I have lost by not having funds that were paid to me along with the loss of inventory. As once payment is dispersed back to the customer I have to try and get the customer to pay me again for the merchandise they now are in possession of.
I have my 8 calls my latest yesterday with again no answer not details just that they will email me.
No, I haven't. I'll never see my money again & have to take extra steps each invoice sent to continue turning off online payments, it seems. I have someone researching alternative systems to use in place of QB. It will cost me way more in attorney fees than what I've lost so far with QB, but I don't want to keep losing so looking to replace instead.
There is a Facebook group dedicated to a class action lawsuit against Intuit/ QB.

PLEASE file complaints with the BBB, FTC, your states Attorney General... Everywhere and anywhere else you can think of. They need to know what is going on, and will hopefully help put a stop to the bs that is QB.
Good luck.

Convert your data to QB Desktop and use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then you will start fresh in the new system to lower your conversion costs.
I have switched to ZOHOBooks.
Really like it so far plus they can migrate your account to theirs.
