Are we able to set up our company to send a notification when an invoice is deleted?

Any time that an invoice is deleted, we would like to get a notification.  Is this possible?

No it is not, all you can do is check the audit log periodically

Hello, @Idavis. The community is here for your QuickBooks needs.


Thanks for joining us again. I see that you're needing to set up a notification when an invoice is deleted.

 

At this time, it isn't available but, there is a way to see these invoices when they do get deleted in the Audit Log.


1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose the Audit Log under Tools.


This is where you can see everything done in the account. You can change the date or just customize it.


I can also leave feedback to our Product Development Team about this so it can be considered as a new feature.
