Join nowHas anyone experienced an incorrect entry from fully assisted payroll? If so, how were you able to correct it. I have a negative balance on my balance sheet that shows up under payroll liabilities and under a COA that I did not enter nor can I access.

Yes...thanks. I tried the chat approach twice. Got dropped twice with no explanation. I've called the assisted payroll people (and routed to a few people) on Monday...and called on Tuesday. They still seem to be "working on it" and have said someone will be contacting me. But so far...no joy. I'll give them till this Friday...then call again. Thanks for replying.
