Attempted to use QBooks Bill Pay in November of 2023. Total payment of $1500. The payment never went through to the vendor. Why has my account not been reimbursed.?

I spoke over the phone with the a Qbooks Customer Service rep who stated that Bill Payment was in "beta" and I should expect reimbursement after a few weeks.

Attempted to use QBooks Bill Pay in November of 2023. Total payment of $1500. The payment never went through to the vendor. Why has my account not been reimbursed.?

I understand how important it is to reimburse the payment to your account, as this has been happening since November 2023, kingerzville.

 

Returning the money to your account is something we should handle privately. So, I still recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Our Support Team can look into your previous conversation with them and figure out why you still haven't received the refund. 
 

  1. In your QBO account, click on the Help icon.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your issue and follow the on-screen instructions.
