Buy nowI need to share my experience today and see if anyone has a real answer for me.
I know lots of businesses lost the ability to batch process invoices in QBO some time ago, but our company just lost that ability last month. I read the info about upgrading from QBO Pro to QBO Advanced and did so, so we could continue to Batch PROCESS invoices once a month. When we went to batch PROCESS invoices today, we still didn't have that option once all of the Unbilled Charges were selected. Our only option was to Delete the selected items.
Long story short, 3 hours, 4 customer service reps, an expedited "ticket" and 2 more groups of techs to be told that the batch PROCESSING had to be one in the Invoice tab, not the All Sales tab. Ummmmm, that only lists already billed invoices and you don't have a "Create Invoice" option here either. The tech proceeded to tell me "create your invoices individually and you can batch PROCESS you invoices from here. My reply was "That's not batch PROCESSING, that's batch PRINTING. They are not the same thing. Their reply was "This is the only batch PROCESSING that we offer. There has never been an option to do it the way I wanted to. "
I'm pretty sure this barrage of newly trained Intuit employees told a 14+ year customer that I'm crazy and there's nothing now or in the near future that they can do to help me. So, I was tricked into upgrading for a package more than 3 times what I was paying for QBO Pro and I have to appeal to get my money back for the upgrade. Not to mention they added 4 hours to our invoice process because of this. CAN'T WAIT TO SHARE THIS ON OTHER QBO FORUMS!!!
I can imagine your disappointment and the impact it has on your company's operations and efficiency, @ravelinginc.
I understand how vital batch processing is for your company's invoicing workflow, and it's regrettable that the customer service interactions didn't meet your expectations.
I understand that you've already contacted our support team regarding your concern. Nevertheless, I advise reaching out to them again, as they have the necessary tools to review your account and provide further assistance in investigating this matter.

That seems right, except for your use of "trained". Intuit doesn't train their employees anymore, which you can tell by reading responses here.
