@patrickngreene-g , I know what it feels like to be denied, but ranting here won’t solve the issue.
@LeizylM , offering help sounds promising, but I don’t think there’s really a way to help him here. I would rather have him call your phone agents or bill pay in this case.
Nobody at Intuit/QBO can or will help on a denial. They don't even give a reason. There should at least be a letter sent out defining the reason for denial. Just like when you get denied credit. They need to send a letter of explanation for the denial.
I have spoken to countless support people and each one has told me something different. It's a crap shoot as to the reason or how to resolve the issue.
I've been using Quickbooks for 31 years and I am very discouraged with the fact that their product is not improving and subscription price going up all of the time and support getting worse and worse all of the time.
Do better Quickbooks, do better!
Is it related to QB Billpay? You can open a Melio account as a workaround.
Hello,
I don't want to use Melio. I want to be able to use QBO's BillPay that is not a third party software.
Supposedly this replaces Melio and Bill.com of which neither one of them were satisfactory to me.
