Bill payment and payment received is not working

When I am trying to add a new bill payment/Receive Payment QBO is not showing all the open invoices/Bill, it only shows a few hundred open bills/invoices but as per QBO Reports there are thousands of open bills/invoices. QBO please solve this issue ASAP.

Let's ensure that we have filtered the correct Payment date and Payment account. These can be the reason why not all the bills are showing on the Pay Bills page.

 

If it's correct, let's try paying bills on a private window. It is the best place to isolate if the issue is cause by a browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

You can also switch to a different supported browser like  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.

I tried every solution suggested by the QBO team. Still, I am facing the issue.

To further investigate the bill and receive payment issue, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have more tools available to check what's causing this behavior and can work with our engineers for a fix.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and proceed with I still need a human.
  3. Click the Contact us link.
  4. Select either Messaging or Callback.
