Billing History. I went to Menu Settings - Subscriptions & billing wasn't an option. How can I view payment history for my invoice for recent subscription payment?

Let me share some details on how you can see your recent billing history transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

In the recent updates of QBO, viewing your payment history is done by going to the Profile option in the Gear icon at the upper-right corner of your screen.

However, if you still can't see them, let's perform troubleshooting steps to resolve this matter. Let's begin with logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private or incognito browser.

 

Here are some keyboard shortcuts that you can use:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

After that, check if you can view your payment history in QBO. If you can see them now, clear your browser's cache to remove cookies blocking the web pages. Clearing your cache helps clean up browser cookies that block web pages from loading.
