Bug report on android mobile app v29.42.0+3. When adding an attachment "Select from uploaded receipts" doesnt do anything.

See title. Only uploading file or inage from device works but im not able tk select from receipts ive uploaded or emailed.

One common fix for most general issues is clearing the app’s cache, which helps remove historical data and allows you to use QuickBooks with a fresh start.

 

Here’s how you can do that:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Apps.
  2. Select the QBO App and then locate Storage.
  3. Click on the Clear data.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO mobile app.

 

As an alternative, if the receipts you want to attach are still saved on your device, you can upload them directly from your mobile device within the app. Additionally, you might find it helpful to use a supported browser that is available to you.

Thank you , I am aware of and using workarounds. I’m a software developer and am noticing several bugs that i bet your devs want to know about. I was told the community is where to report them. Although I’m not sure how my post was tagged “reports and accounting”.. I wasn’t given an option to choose that. 


is there somewhere else I should be reporting bugs so as not to clog up the forum?
