Can anybody help me in invoicing problems into Quickbooks. We have integrated the quickbook API into our system and sometimes the data that gets transferred is incomplete

I am having hospitals listed into my Qb. We have integrated the QB API into the system which sends the invoices into the QB portal for every customer for every order. Sometimes the data is either incomplete or not there at all. Is somebody else also experiencing this? What could be the reason behind this?

What system do you have to receive invoice data from QBO? Do you have a certain app or did you build it?
