In QuickBooks Online the option to assign specific service items to sub customers in unavailable, it is only available for vendors.
However, you can utilize the Notes and Attachments section in your sub-customer profile. That way you're still able to enter the service items that is associated with your sub-customers.
To identify those services that is being associated, you can run Customer Contact List report.

Thank you GebelAlainaM but that workaround doesn't provide an option to select the specific service from notes, at least not in my version. Is there any other way to be able to reduce the amount of services offered to each project (subcustomer) and customer? For example, it would be ideal to allow services A, B and C to one customer/project andB, C, D, E and F to another and different variations thereof.
