In QuickBooks, we can create multiple accounts using the same credentials. However, we're unable to combine or merge them.
What I can suggest importing your data from the other accounts to the one you'll be using. Here is the article for your reference:
If these accounts are different businesses or jobs, it's best to keep them separated. It's because the filing of taxes is based on the different jobs you have, that's why we can't merge them.

Define "combine"? Do you wish to consolidate the report or manage more than one account?
I would like to have all the companies I manage listed after I use one login credential. Currently I am using different logins for different companies. Thanks so much!
One email address is only for one QBSE account. Open a QBO Accountant account with a new email address to manage your QBSE/QBO accounts as the workaround.
