Please know that designing an invoice from scratch is unavailable. If you're referring to importing templates, this feature has been discontinued.
You'll want to share your thoughts with our developers. That way, they can consider bringing this feature according to the number of user requests. I'll show you how:
Visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submissions.
Not to worry, we have different templates available to tailor. You can create your Design, change the Content, and edit Emails. To do so, select the Custom Form Styles from the Gear icon to create a new one for Invoices.
