Can I export customer mailing addresses to Avery template?

I'm happy to share insights about exporting customer mailing addresses to Avery template, @michaeleggman. This way, you can manage your customer data accordingly.

 

For the time being, you're unable to export customer mailing addresses directly to Avery template in QBO. However, you can pull up the Customer Contact List report and export it to Excel. From there, you may manually transfer the data to MS Word which has a built-in Avery template. 

 

To export the Customer Contact List report to an Excel file, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type Customer in the search bar then select the Customer Contact List report.
  3. On the upper right, select Customize, then Rows/Columns.
  4. Select Change columns.
  5. Mark Full Name and any applicable address information you need, then Run Report.
  6. Select Export, then choose Export to Excel.
  7. Select the Export icon, then choose Export to Excel84.jpg

 

In case you want to to create a mailing list using the Customer Contact List report, you can use the mail merge template in MS Word after you export it to Excel. To learn more about this, please refer to this article: How to create a mailing list using the Contact List report.
