I'll help you capture signatures from your customers through invoices.
This feature is available in QuickBooks Online mobile apps. You can download the app from your App store. You can then create an invoice and get your customer's signature. I'll show you the steps for both iOS and Android.

If you need to work on the web version, you may use a third-party application to help you get signatures to the invoices. You can visit our QuickBooks App Market or go to the Apps menu within your QBO account to find one.

i dont seem to have that option, im using the android version, no "get signature" option seems to be available
This doesn’t happen with the new update. We used this way before the update and it worked fine. Even one of your techs while on the phone for over 2 hours couldn’t do this on their own phone. Please try doing this BEFORE relaying the “how to” info to me. Thanks
Hello there, @freddy2576 and @bkwarren202.
I'm here to clarify a few things about how capturing signatures works in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
You can follow the steps my peer, Ethel_A, shared above if you have the old invoice interface in your QBO account.
However, if you have a new invoice experience layout, getting a signature on your invoice using the QBO mobile app is unavailable. In the meantime, I suggest utilizing a third-party app that allows you to get signatures on your invoices.
While this feature is not possible, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team so they can review it and consider implementing it in the future. Here's how you can submit feature requests using your QBO mobile app:
Additionally, check out this article to personalize your invoices and change things like your logo and default message using your QBO mobile app: Customize invoices on the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Otherwise, utilize QBO on the web instead if you need to customize other sales forms.
Please know that you're always welcome to post a reply in this thread if you have any other questions about managing your invoices. I'll be around to assist you.
Why would you remove this feature? It is a crucial feature so QuickBooks users don't get chargebacks.
Having a signature on an invoice is vital for many people to actually get paid. How can I prove to an accounting dept that I got approval for work from the managers without their signature. This is a huge fail for QuickBooks
