Can I limit the customer list available to contractors when they are filling out their weekly time sheet? I only want them to see the customers they are working for.

I'm here to help share insights about permissions given to time-tracking users in QuickBooks Online.

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to let your contractor see selected names of customers every time they enter their corresponding time activity. And I am also unable to determine when such a feature like this is added to the program.

While such an option is unavailable, I recommend getting in touch and letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
3. Describe how to want to change the access rights given to time-tracking users limiting their view for selected names or customers they're working with within QuickBooks.
4. Select Next.
5. Click Skip and send message.
