Hello, @mefreeland.

I’m happy to assist you with moving a group of subclasses to another. You’ll able to Reclassify by location.

Here’s how:

  1. Choose Settings and pick Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab and press the Categories section and select Edit.
  3. Push Track locations.
  4. From the Location label ▼ dropdown menu, go to the Location.
  5. Select Save.

You may also Reclassify and Move Transactions, this will move transactions to similar accounts or change their class completely.

Let me guide you:

1. From the Accountant Tools (briefcase) icon. Then, push Reclassify Transactions.

2. Go to the Account types drop-down menu, choose Profit and Loss to see income and expense accounts. Or select a Balance Sheet to see your asset, liability, and equity accounts.

  1. From the Account list, pick the account with the transactions you want to change.
  2. Use these filters: Type, Class, Customer/Vendor, and Modify.
  3. Choose to Find Transactions.
  4. Select the box for each transaction you want to change. Then select Reclassify.

7. Find a new account to move the transactions to or a new class from the drop-downs.

8. When you’re ready, hit Apply.

If you have other questions, let me know. I hope you have a good evening.
