The feature to schedule multiple bill payments is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @jgouge.
Although this would have been convenient and time-saving, you could only set up one payment at a time for each bill. To assist you in resolving the issue, I'd like to provide you with a few steps that can help.
- In your QBO account, go to the Expenses tab, then select Bills.
- Create a new bill or select an existing bill.
- Select Schedule Payment or Save and Schedule Payment depending on what type of bill you’re reviewing:
- If you create a new bill, you will have the option to schedule the bill right away by clicking Save and Schedule Payment.
- For an unpaid bill, schedule directly from Expenses (Take me there), Vendors (Take me there), or Bills (Take me there).
