Can I remove a filter catagory

Yes you can remove a filter category, heidi_adv1.

The Remove Selected Filter option will let you remove filters from your reports. This way, you'll get to select the important details that matters to you most. I'm here to guide you how.

  1. Go to Reports menu.
  2. Open any report you want (e.g. Transaction List by Customer).
  3. Select the Customize Report button.
  4. Choose the Filters tab.
  5. In the Current Filter Choices section, select the category you want to remove.
  6. Click the Remove Selected Filter button.
  7. Select OK.

I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

Once done, you can memorize the report to save the current customization and make it available for future use. For the detailed steps, kindly refer to this article: Create, access and modify memorized reports. It also contains other related articles such as Understand reports and Set report preferences.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.

Thank you for joining the thread, @fransez.

If you wish to permanently remove a filter or customize the report the way you want, you can make the necessary customization and memorize the report so you can see the same filters when opening it.

  1. From the reports page, click on the Customize Report button.
  2. Make the necessary filters from there, then select OK to save the filters.
  3. Once done, click on the Memorize button beside Print.
  4. Enter the name of the memorize report beside the Name section.
  5. Click OK to save it.

To open the memorize report:

  1. Select Memorized Reports from the Reports menu.
  2. Tap on Memorized Report List.
  3. Look for the report you've memorized, then click it to open.
