Currently, the option to import Square items is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The Sync with Square app can only import your sales, fees, refunds, tips, and transfers. After you connect, transactions are automatically imported on a nightly basis. Depending on the number of transactions, it might take about 24 hours to get all of your sales transactions.
As a workaround, we can setup an identical item by manually uploading your Sqaure item list as a CSV file. Additionally, please make sure that item name and SKU matches with what you have in Square.

Why does it only say SQUARE ITEM within App Settings Square on QBO? I have created 5,000 Item Names within Square that match my QBO Item Names. Note: I am not using "SKU" in QBO, just "Item Name" on my invoices within QBO. And I use the same exact Item Name in Square.
