Yes, you can upload your credit card statement in QuickBooks Self-Employed by importing them as a CSV file, @jen161. Let me share some details below.

Before we proceed, we can manually update your bank first to check if there are any current issues.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Click Refresh All.

If your transactions are still not showing up, you can easily upload them by importing a CSV file. Let me walk you through the process.

  1. Select the Gear icon, then click Imports.
  2. Click Import older transactions for the account to which you want to add transactions.
  3. Select Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. It's usually in your Downloads folder.
  4. Choose a file and select Open to start the import.
  5. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. The other column headers can be in any order.
  6. Select Continue to complete the import.

Refer to this article for more details about importing your transaction: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once the missing transactions are imported, you can categorize them to ensure your financial records are correct. You can read this article for future reference: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

We look forward to having you here again if you need help managing your transactions inside QuickBooks. As always, we'll respond and provide you with the details to address your questions. Keep safe and have a good one.
