Can the financial activity statement be run in the budget vs. actuals mode for just one month and the corresponding year to date?

Hi @markjjacoby,

While a financial statement tells the complete activity of your business, each report can stand on its own for different purposes. You'll want to pull up your statement of cash flows and budget vs. actual reports. Then, export them to Excel.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Reports, then type "Statement of Cash Flows" in the search field.
  2. Change the Report period. Then, click the Export icon (see image below).
  3. Select Export to Excel. Repeat the same steps with your Budget vs. Actual report.

With these steps, you are able to view your financial statements and budget vs. actual report into one. You can learn more about exporting reports at this link here: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

I'll also share with you this article about run reports in QuickBooks Online that I'm sure helpful. It has steps and information about your financial reports and snapshots of your business.

Stay in touch if you have other questions or concerns. I'll be around to assist you. Thanks for posting and I wish you have a great day ahead.
