Can the "Paid" stamp be moved to a different location on a paid invoice? It covers the memo/description line items of customers invoices they keep for their records.

Moving the PAID stamp to a different location on an invoice isn't an option. You'll want to customize the sales form content to move columns.

Let me show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
2. From the Custom Form Styles dashboard, you can manage and edit templates for Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts.
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. Drag each column to move it to a different location
5. Or adjust labels and widths making sure the memo/description is readable to your customer.

Yes there is!  It has taken me years and finally I can place it at the right side under the Payment  or Balance Due.  This is what I did.  Go to Gear symbol on the top right of the page.  Click on it and select

"Custom Form Styles".  Once  you are in this section look for : Name - Standard. Form Type: Master.  If you can make it the default under the down arrow on the right side then do that.  I could not.  So what I did was delete the other two invoice templates that I had forcing the Standard Master template to be the default.  Then click on edit beside the Master template.  Then click on Design.  Then : Change up the template.  Select: Airy New.  This one will give you the paid stamp in the correct place.   Good luck!  I'm pretty happy it works for me now.

This is the first and only solution I have found for this "small" issue. When I have spoken to QB, they act like I'm crazy. MY CUSTOMER CAN'T READ THE DETAILS! HELLO! Thank you! I will be doing this.
