Can we edit an invoice that has not been paid?

 

Welcome to the Community forum, Hyrider.

 

Yes, you can and every time you updated an invoice, your customer will see it updated on the online invoice page. 

 

To edit, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. In the left menu, click Sales
  2. Go to the Invoices tab, and locate the invoice to be change. 
  3. Once the invoice is open, edit the information you need. 
  4. Select Save and send
