Hello, @my4countyconstru.
Currently, the ability to merge estimates before invoicing is not available. However, you can merge two or more estimates when creating an invoice. I can guide you on how to do it.
You can read through this article for more detailed steps: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online
On the other hand, merging estimates for different customers is not also available. You can only merge accounts, customers, or vendors.

Does this only work in quickbooks online? Will it work for desktop?
Hello @Nicole J! Thanks for reaching out to us in the Community. Hope your week is going well. :)
You can definitely create an invoice from multiple estimates in QuickBooks Desktop. A dialogue box will pop up when you're creating the invoice and you can mark off the estimates you want to be included. Here's an article to help you with that process: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.
