Can You Help Me With A Sales Report?

I'd like to help with your questions about running reports in the program, dannyd1572.

I'd like to ask how are the contracts recorded in QuickBooks? For now, we're unable to give you a report about how much balance is left for a particular contract in the program.

Although, you can run the Customer Balance Detail report. This will basically give you the balance amount per customer. Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu, then scroll-down to Customers and Receivables.
2. Select Customer Balance Detail.

I'd also suggest sending a feature request about adding more options when it comes to running customer or sales-related reports. You can send it directly to our engineers from your company file. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu, scroll-down to Send Feedback Online, and then click Product Suggestion. 
2. Enter all required details.
3. Click Send Feedback.

Feedback and other feature requests are collected and reviewed for future updates.

They agree to an annual sponsorship. When they do, I bill them each time that event comes around, which is three times year. That way they don't have to pay it all at once. I just need a report showing where they are at with their contract....like  1 of 3 payments, 2 of 3 payments, 3 of 3 payments. That way, when they are at 3 of 3 payments, I know their contract is up and I need to renew them the next time I call them for sales.

The report you're looking for is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). While this is the case, you can follow JenoP's suggested workaround which is to run the Customer Balance Detail.
