Hello, thank you for the reply.
I was mainly curious if there's a way to see it in the invoice list report?
I appreciate your prompt response, @sam95.
As an additional insight, the Invoices tab from the Sales menu can only display data up to the last 365 days of your transactions and the last 30 days of paid invoices.
As an option, you'll want to run the Transactions List by Customer report instead and specify the date to view all of your invoices. Here's how:
You can now view all the invoices including the recurring ones for that specific preiod.

@katherinejoyceO That gets me one step closer to what I want. There is no option for "Transaction List by Customer." I have by donor though. I ran that using the other steps you had but it still wouldn't show my recurring invoices that haven't occurred even though it went through the end of the year.
Hi there, @sam95.
The Transaction List by Donor or Invoice List report should show the recurring invoices. However, it depends on the type of recurring transaction. Let me clarify things and help you from there.
Just to clarify, are these recurring invoices are set as a Reminder? If so, those transactions won't show in the report. But you can consider running and customizing both the Recurring Template List and Transaction List by Donor report. This way, you'll see the recurring invoices and the invoice transactions.
You can follow the detailed steps share by my colleagues above to run both reports.
Just in case you want to export these reports to Excel, feel free to check out this article for more details: Export reports, lists, and more.
Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I've got your back. Have a great day and keep safe.
@Mark_R Can you run the recurring report to show you the transactions by class?
