A Hand icon will appear when you hover your cursor over the Ellipsis icon, indicating that you can reorder line items or add another line:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click the + New icon and select Estimate.
3. From the Estimate page, enter the details needed.
4. In the Product/Service section, choose your specific items.
5. You can move the item by clicking (long press) to an Ellipsis icon before the number line, then move it up or down.
6. Once done, click Save and Close.
