There are times that unexpected behaviors happen in QuickBooks cause of the stored cache and cookies. Let's start by accessing your account in a private window to point out if this is a browser-related issue. This mode doesn't save your browsing history, cookies, and site data.
Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once done, let's try reload your invoice. If it's working fine, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files.
If you still encounter the same issue, we can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently using right now has a temporary problem with QuickBooks.
