Cash flow projections

Has anyone used cash flow projections, but does not use QB to process payroll?     How does payroll become a part of your cash flow?

Cash flow projections

Welcome aboard to the Community space, @DP108. I’ll share some information about using cash flow in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

The Cash Flow Projector was discontinued in QuickBooks Desktop 2022. You can still use this feature if you have a prior version of the latest or currently supported version. If it happens that you’re using the latest version of QuickBooks, I suggest you utilize a third-party application.

Currently, the option to include your payroll data from other payroll applications in your cash flow projections is unavailable. Nevertheless, you can check out our QuickBooks App Store for applications that you can use to integrate with your desktop file and include your desired data in your cash flow forecast.

Here’s an article that you can check out to learn more about setting up cash flow projector: Set up the cash flow projector in QuickBooks Desktop

Additionally, you may see interests on checking out this article about reports. This will help you with running and managing various reports in your company file: Create and manage reports

Cash flow projections

Is there much difference between the Cash flow projector that was discontinued and the Cash flow forecasts (under reports)?
